At Triton Digital, you will be working with some of the most innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking minds in the global streaming audio and podcast technology landscape. As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Triton’s internal and external communications as well as brand marketing campaigns and operations, and for leading an existing team of marketing specialists. You will create and execute innovative marketing strategies to elevate the visibility of the Triton Digital brand, its team, and the utilization of its audio technology and services globally.
Responsibilities: Strategy and Planning: Own the discussion and alignment with various stakeholders across the organization around our brand, go-to-market positioning and messaging for all products and services globally Leadership: Oversee team of junior marketers Partner with company leadership to define annual growth targets and set strategy for achieving them Oversee marketing budget, global industry event calendar, media relations and advertising efforts Monitor, measure, and report on the execution and results of all marketing activities Build and manage paid performance, social, search display, and partner marketing campaigns Manage company’s various websites Manage the production, distribution and continuous marketing of Triton’s reports and rankers globally Partner, Vendor, & Media relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future public relations firms, translation vendors, website development and support vendors, research partners, media and trade press, etc. Support and drive continuous global market awareness and expansion Assist senior management team and HR with the drafting and distribution of internal communications
Preferred Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or another senior role preferably in the online audio, technology, or advertising industries Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful global B2B marketing campaigns Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords Excellent knowledge of and experience with digital marketing tools and techniques including but not limited to marketing automation and Adobe creative suite Strong leadership skills Excellent communications skills Detail oriented, with strong analytical and project management skills Strategic mindset with the ability to make difficult decisions Ability to collaborate and communicate well with a distributed and diverse team BA or BS in in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field Multilingual a plus! (French or Spanish)
