The Role

Mission: Lead production on new podcasts Ten Percent Happier -- from show pitching and talent scouting to producing, writing and editing. Serve as the day to day manager of all shows in production, as well as key partner and thought leader on the podcast team. This position reports to the Executive Producer for Podcasts.

Ensure the creative and operational excellence of the Ten Percent Happier podcast production pipeline, as well as the successful launch and first seasons of all new shows.



Organizational Structure

This role will report directly to Jen Poyant (Executive Producer) and will work closely with the podcast production coordinator. This person will also coordinate with marketing, in-app content, and other departments at the company.
