Ad Ops
A full time position
Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at QCODE Media LLC.
Salary range: $55 to $65 (yearly rate) - subject to experience
Working closely with the Head of Growth and Sales the Ad Operations Coordinator will be responsible for trafficking audio and digital media channels. They will be responsible for testing and launching ad creatives and monitoring delivery to perform necessary optimizations and reporting as needed. This person will also be responsible for liaising with creative producers, talent, and creative and media agencies.
Responsibilities:
Streamline the ad operations process from campaign planning, execution, to reporting and measurement
Engage with team members in production to test ideas and generate opportunities to build into media plans
Liaise with talent and creative partners on projects and serve as the point person in the creation and execution of media campaigns
Manage the entry of all insertion orders in our order hosting and management platforms
Monitor campaign delivery to make sure campaigns reach the target audience, run smoothly, and exceed the brands’ expectations
Provide consultation to clients on the correct setup of campaigns, tagging, targeting, and the use of audio ad technologies to meet the clients’ needs
Responsible for conducting analysis and measurement on ads performance through data and offering recommendations for optimization on brand objectives
Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across various media platforms
Communicate with vendors to ensure proper setup and deployment of ad campaigns
Maintain records of creative assets and internal documents that track campaign execution
Manage and maintain a database of advertiser preferences for all podcast shows on the network - providing an ability to utilize historical information effectively
Managing and maintaining IO invoicing and accounts receivable
Provide recommendations and solutions to quickly resolve technical issues
Responsible for show performance reporting to 3rd party partners
Qualifications:
1-2 years’ experience at a media or advertising agency or similar position within ad operations
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills Understanding of podcast hosting and ad serving platforms (Megaphone, Art19, Simplecast, etc)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be self-sufficient
Familiarity with digital advertising and paid media campaigns a plus
Broad knowledge of programmatic adverting a plus
Comfort with Microsoft Excel and the ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Web Analytics tracking
