Radiotopia, from PRX, is a curated network of award-winning, cutting-edge podcasts. Radiotopia empowers independent producers to do their best work, grow audience and increase revenue. Reporting to the Director of Audience Growth & Marketing, the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, Radiotopia will partner with the team to generate new and original content designed to engage diverse audiences for print, digital, and social media platforms. They will also help manage marketing and special events on behalf of the network.
The Coordinator will work closely and proactively with the Radiotopia team to drive audience growth and engagement for our award-winning podcasts. In addition to our marketing and Radiotopia internal team, the coordinator will partner with producers to grow Radiotopia brand awareness and build audience across the network. They will also help build Radiotopia/PRX influencer program and establish the key performance indicators for the network and shows. Focusing on Radiotopia, the Coordinator will work closely with PRX’s Public Relations Specialist to help track and build strong relationships with critical influencers and press.
The Coordinator will help manage the social media and digital workflow including brainstorming, planning, developing, and publishing assets across Radiotopia platforms. The Coordinator will assist in maintaining a calendar that aligns with cross-network Radiotopia content and social strategy. The coordinator is ultimately responsible for tracking and archiving all Radiotopia campaigns and providing marketing and Radiotopia teams with critical information to help with tracking key performance indicators for reporting and analysis.
To be successful in this role, you will excel in collaboration and communication, and be proactive and motivated in maintaining strong relationships and continuity between Radiotopia and network producers.
