Fully remote: working with a UK-based team at Message Heard .

(Sales Lead) – selling, podcast consultancy, production, marketing & dissemination to Enterprise clients and brands.

Base: £38,000 OTE: £60k (£80k cap) Location: East London office (Hackney), working from home during pandemic working restrictions. Future flexible home and office working with minimum 2 days per week at our East London office.

• Do you have at least 2 years Digital Media, Enterprise or Client Direct sales experience? • Can you prove your ability to generate, qualify and close leads to achieve (or beat) your sales target and maximise your OTE? Have you worked with Marketing colleagues to help create successful lead generation campaigns? • Do you love podcasting as a story-telling and communication channel for brands and businesses? Are you an avid listener? Would you love to get involved in a rapidly growing industry? We are successfully selling our services from home in these challenging times and require a top sales performer to help drive our growth.

Message Heard is a rapidly expanding and award-nominated Podcast company that creates our own editorial shows as well as creating branded content for clients. Across both sides of the business we focus on high quality, applying the same principles for making a great show to any production we undertake. We are founded and headquartered in London. We have a strong reputation, repeat clients and fantastic reviews.

You will have these responsibilities: • Building, managing and growing the Branded sales pipeline, both creating your own leads via active prospecting and by working with Marketing to help create successful lead generation campaigns and associated collateral • Driving new sales - from initial lead identification and contact, through qualification and proposal stages, to successful close – tracking everything in Active Campaign • Winning repeat business - working with Marketing and Production to drive repeat business from existing Branded customers • Selling to Enterprises and to Brands We require these skills: • Highly driven with a competitive spirit, strong will to win and passion for selling - motivated by sales targets • Able to build good sales-oriented relationships, negotiate effectively, and solve problems creatively • Keenly interested in learning how businesses can use podcasting as a tool to evolve communication • Fast learner about the nascent but competitive podcasting environment • Digitally savvy and computer literate, with practical knowledge of CRM essential

Plus, you must have this experience: • Minimum 2 years Digital Media, Enterprise or Client Direct sales experience • Track record of selling digital media, advertising, or something adjacent • Proven ability to achieve OTE
