JAR Audio is looking for a resourceful Project Coordinator (Intern) to join our team, with the long-term goal of full-time employment.
The role will report to our Senior Projexct Lead.
The role is fully remote. You can work from anywhere (and any country).
Who We Are: We produce original podcasts for brands to elevate dialogue and drive results. Our recent clients include Expedia, Lululemon, Royal Bank Canada, American Express, IBM, and more.
We take an audience-first approach. We believe podcasts are a perfect medium for a brand to engage with a new or current audience. We collaborate with our clients to uncover who their podcast audience is, what they care about, and how a podcast can deliver value. We root our podcasts in this strategy to provide value.

What you’ll do: We’re going to throw you into the deep end of the podcast world… We hope that's ok.
There is one area in which we will give you loads of experience...assisting our Project Lead Team.
The role will include:
Project Coordination - liaising with our Project Leads on timelines/deadlines
Trafficking of deliverables
Management of internal project management
The internship would last 3 months, with an eye towards a full time position on our Project Lead team.
What You Need: Passion about the podcast and the podcast industry.
Superb communication skills in verbal and written form; we like good grammar.
Ability to be a sponge; if you have never worked in podcasting, you should be ready to efficiently absorb and digest new information.
Love for spreadsheets and meticulously organization
Familiarity with tech tools: Slack, Google Drive, Basecamp, Zoom, etc.
A detail-oriented approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a remote environment.
Location: Remote (Canada-based).
