Account Manager, Audio Digital Sales

Division: National Digital Sales

Work Status: Full-Time

Location: Toronto, ON. Temporarily remote/work from home within Ontario.

About the Role:

You’ll be working on things like:

Responsible for responding to, identifying, pursuing, and developing interactive advertising business opportunities, with agency partners and direct clients. Develop new business opportunities in Canada and internationally through strategic partnerships in the audio or podcast industries. Assess client KPIs, consider Corus value proposition & opportunities to provide creative solutions including digital media and integrations. Knowledge of ad serving, data segmentation, programmatic ad models and data ad sales with proven experience in driving business from trade desks and agencies. Be well versed in audio platforms, podcasting and audio dynamic ad insertion space. Knowledge of radio space and sales offerings Represent Digital Media priorities within the organization, work collaboratively with other disciplines including podcast, digital ad ops, external audio platforms, Marketing & Broadcast and extend interactive knowledge to deliver cohesive pitches Monitor / assess campaigns and recommend against competitive activity Deliver exceptional internal, and external customer service Be a team player working with Digital Project Managers, Ad Operations and Monetization strategists to ensure seamless project delivery

If you have the following…we want to hear from you!

5 years (min) experience in Digital Sales, Direct Audio/Video/Display/Data, Programmatic, podcast and Integrated sales Demonstrated experience in proactively developing and presenting digital media concepts Self-motivated with strong work habits and time management skills Demonstrated web innovation leadership Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and a team player Exceptional MS Office understanding (especially PowerPoint) Experience, and understanding of Google Ad Manager, and Ad Book (or equivalents) Analytical skills in assessing success of digital media initiatives
