Sales Ops Manager
A full time position at Audioboom, New York NY, USA
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Sales Ops Manager to join our Advertising Sales team in New York City. This person will report to our VP, Sales Planning & Operations, support our SVP, Sales & Development and two Sales Directors, and supervise a Sales Coordinator.
What You’ll Do:
- Review Insertion Orders, manage shifts when necessary and sign IOs with approval by the VP, Sales Planning & Operations
- Relay all sponsorship details to partners and ensure they have all materials needed for campaign launch
- Gather specific host details from partners required by advertisers prior to sponsorship
- Schedule make-goods and credits where necessary
- Communicate directly with advertisers and agencies regarding post sales details
- Relay best practices in podcasting and podcast advertising to our podcast partners
- Communicate with the Business Development team when more partner details are required or issues arise
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee traffic and copy process
- Review aircheck requests and quality of reads
- Coordinate on-boarding calls between podcast and advertising partners
- Oversee host endorsement process
- Review internal documents
- Assist with inventory updates and revisions
- Manage data input into Salesforce
This is a full-time position working five days a week from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM out of our office in Midtown Manhattan. You may be required to attend events and provide coverage outside of these standard hours.
